Visiting us

Where are you located?

297 Sharon Rd, Suite 108, York, SC 29745. We're easy to find once you know the suite number — look for Suite 108 rather than relying on the street number alone. If you have any trouble finding us, give us a call and we'll talk you in.

What are your hours?

We're open daily, 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM, and the VIP Lounge runs daily, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Holiday hours can vary, so if you're making a special trip around a holiday, call ahead at (803) 500-5066 to be sure.

Do I need an appointment?

Not at all — walk in whenever we're open. If you're coming in for something specific or want a particular staff member's help, calling ahead never hurts.

What's it like inside?

Calm, well-lit and properly organised up front, with the VIP Lounge behind the rope — game tables and neon. You're welcome to browse without being hovered over, and equally welcome to ask for help the moment you want it. Most people stay longer than they planned.

Age and ID

How old do I have to be?

21 to buy. Under South Carolina's updated regulations (effective March 2026), customers must be 21 or older to purchase tobacco and nicotine products, hemp-derived products, and smoking accessories — and under the state's "intended use" standards that covers most of what we stock, glass, papers, vapes and grinders included. We follow it without exception.

Will I be carded?

Yes — every customer, every visit, regardless of age. Please bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. No valid ID means no sale — that's state law, not store policy. We know it's a small annoyance when you've been in ten times; it's how a shop stays open, so we appreciate your patience.

What counts as valid ID?

A current, unexpired government-issued photo ID — driver's licence, state ID, passport, or military ID. We can't accept expired IDs, photocopies, or photos of an ID on a phone.

Can I bring someone under 21 with me?

You can. Store entry policy: under 18 must be with an adult, and guests under 21 are welcome to come in — they just can't handle or purchase age-restricted items. The VIP Lounge is 18+ with ID checks at the door: wristbands mark 21+ (full access) and 18–20 (Under 21).

Products

What do you carry?

Cannabis leads the shelf: hemp-derived THC flower, pre-rolls, carts, disposables and edibles, alongside mushroom edibles, kratom and botanicals. Around them: premium glass and water pipes, vaporizers and e-rigs, lighters and torches, wraps, tips and rollers, cleaning supplies and accessories — plus our VIP membership tiers. The selection is deliberately curated rather than exhaustive: we'd rather carry fewer things we can genuinely vouch for.

Do you carry Puffco?

Yes — we're an authorized Puffco retailer, so the Puffco gear you buy from us is genuine, warranty-backed and properly supported. Ask us about the current lineup. If there's another brand you're after, call (803) 500-5066 and we'll tell you whether we have it in.

Can you help me choose?

That's the best part of the job. Tell us your budget, how you plan to use it, and how much maintenance you're realistically willing to do — we'll narrow it down fast. We'll also tell you when the cheaper option is the smarter buy.

Buying online and in store

Can I order online, or pick up in store?

The quickest way to confirm what's available online versus in store — and to arrange a local pickup — is to call us at (803) 500-5066. Age-restricted items always require valid photo ID, whether you're collecting in person or receiving a delivery.

What payment methods do you take?

Do you sell gift cards?

Ask us about gift cards in store or over the phone and we'll point you in the right direction. Anyone redeeming a gift card for age-restricted products will need to be 21+ with valid ID.

Do you offer a veterans discount?

Yes. Veterans get 10% off in store at 297 Sharon Rd, Suite 108, York, SC. Show a military ID, VA card, or DD-214 at the register. The discount is in-store only; there is no online code.

Rewards and VIP

Do you have a loyalty program?

We do — you earn points on your purchases and redeem them for rewards. It's free to join and takes a moment at the counter. Ask us to set you up on your next visit.

What's the difference between rewards and VIP membership?

Rewards are free and earn you points as you shop — every customer gets that love, member or not. VIP membership is the step up, and honestly the single best way to support SafeHaven and what we're building. Four tiers: Basic ($30/mo), Core ($70/mo), Elite ($200/mo) and Founders Circle ($420/mo), with yearly pricing that saves more. Every tier includes VIP Lounge access in store and in the community Discord, guest passes, monthly store credit, member discounts (up to 15% at the top), and free entry to the weekly competitions; higher tiers add early and first access to drops, automatic raffle entry, private lounge reservations and concierge-level touches. Can two of us share a membership?

Yes — every tier comes in a Duo version. Add 50% to the price and the membership covers two people instead of one: Basic Duo $45, Core Duo $105, Elite Duo $300, Founders Circle Duo $630 a month. Two sets of perks on one bill — built for couples, roommates and the friend who's always with you anyway.

What is the VIP Lounge, exactly?

The room behind the velvet rope: pool, poker, darts, neon, and somewhere to actually sit down. It's 18+ with ID (wristbands: 21+ full access, 18–20 marked Under 21). Not a member? A day pass gets you in — $10 solo or $15 for a duo pass covering two people. Members walk in as part of their tier, and every Tuesday the tables run free all day. Private events from $25/hour — call to book. Full house rules are posted in the lounge; the short version is respect the space, the equipment and the people in it.

Returns and support

What's your return policy?

Our Refund Policy is the document that governs returns — it carries the return window and the full list of what we can and can't take back, and it is the one to go by. In short: many items can't be returned once opened or used, and unopened items in original sealed packaging are treated differently. How returns work walks through the steps. Something I bought stopped working. What now?

Bring it in with your receipt and let's have a look. Manufacturer warranties vary by brand, and for the brands we carry we'll help you make the claim rather than leaving you to it.
