  • Local Purchases/Pickups: To make purchases or pickups at our York, SC location, customers must be at least 18+ years old or 21+ for our legally controlled substances. As well, customers are also required to present a physical and legal form of valid identification.
  • Hemp Products: For hemp products, customers must be at least 18+ years old unless local or state laws specify a minimum age of 21.
  • Shipping Purchases: For shipped orders, it is the customer’s responsibility to review and comply with their local laws regarding product eligibility and age restrictions. By purchasing, you confirm you meet the legal requirements of your jurisdiction and agree to these Terms.
  • By accessing our services, you represent that you meet the eligibility requirements for the products being purchased.

2. Products and Services

SafeHaven Smoke Shop offers a variety of products, including but not limited to tobacco products, smoking accessories, hemp products, and other related merchandise. Note the following:

  • Tobacco, nicotine products, and vaping devices are pickup only and cannot be shipped due to legal restrictions.
  • Products not allowed in York, SC are shipped from our North Carolina location, provided they are legal in the recipient’s area.
  • All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices on our website are listed in U.S. dollars. We strive to ensure accuracy but reserve the right to correct errors and update pricing information without notice.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and others as listed during checkout. By providing payment details, you represent and warrant authorization to use the selected payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship select products from our North Carolina location to addresses within the United States. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are legal in their jurisdiction.
  • Hemp-derived products are shipped only where allowed by law. Tobacco and nicotine products are not eligible for shipping and are available for pickup only.
  • By purchasing, customers confirm that they have reviewed and comply with local laws and regulations regarding product eligibility.
  • Shipping costs and delivery estimates are provided at checkout. SafeHaven Smoke Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return only eligible items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, subject to our Return Policy. Conditions include:

  • Items must be in original condition, unopened, and unused.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method; shipping costs are non-refundable unless due to an error on our part.
