We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for shipping, with the following services available:

  • Ground Advantage
  • Priority Mail
  • Priority Mail Express

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping destination.

Handling Fee

All orders include a flat handling fee of $2.00 to account for packaging and handling costs. This fee is applied in addition to the calculated shipping rate.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship select products within the United States. However, certain products may be subject to restrictions based on federal, state, or local laws:

  • Hemp-Derived Products: Only shipped to locations where allowed by law. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local regulations.
  • Tobacco, Nicotine, and Vape Products: These items are not eligible for shipping and are available for local pickup only at our store in York, SC.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed and comply with your local laws regarding product eligibility.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays, sales, or high-demand periods. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Stolen Packages

SafeHaven Smoke Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

In-Store Pickup

For customers in or near York, SC, we offer in-store pickup for eligible products, including tobacco, nicotine, and vape items. Pickup orders must be retrieved at our local store:
