Returns & Exchanges
Our Refund Policy is the document that governs returns — it has the return window and the full list of what we can and can't take back. This page is the plain-English companion: how a return actually works, what to bring, and what happens when something you bought stops working.
The short version
- Unopened, unused, in original sealed packaging? Bring it in with your receipt and we can almost certainly help.
- Opened or used? For health and safety reasons, usually not. That's not a house rule — see below.
- Faulty or dead on arrival? Always talk to us. That's a completely different conversation and we'll take care of it.
Check the Refund Policy for the current return window before you make the trip.
Why we can't take back opened products
This is the question we get asked most, so here's the honest answer: once certain products have been opened or used, we can't safely resell them. Anything that touches the mouth, or that holds consumable material, is in that group.
So it isn't reluctance and it isn't a judgement about you — a returned item we can't put back on the shelf is an item nobody can ever buy. Which is also why we'd much rather spend ten minutes helping you pick the right thing than five minutes processing the wrong one back. If you're not certain, ask before you buy. We'd genuinely prefer it.
How to do it
In store
- Bring the item back in its original packaging, with anything that came with it.
- Bring your proof of purchase — receipt, order confirmation, or we can look it up against your rewards account.
- Bring valid government-issued photo ID showing you're 21 or older. Same as any transaction here, returns included.
- Come to the counter and tell us what's up. If it's eligible, an exchange is usually the fastest route; if you'd rather have the money back, that's fine too.
An online order
Contact us before you send anything back. Call (803) 500-5066 or use our contact page and we'll tell you what to include and where to send it. Unannounced returns are much slower to process, and the Refund Policy sets out how online returns are handled.
Something stopped working
A product that fails is not a change of mind, and we don't treat it like one.
Bring it in — or get in touch — with your proof of purchase and a description of what's happening. Photos or a short video help enormously, especially if it needs to go to the manufacturer. "It stopped working" is hard to act on; a ten-second video of it not working is easy.
Many of the brands we carry run their own warranty. Where they do, we'll help you make the claim rather than handing you a phone number and wishing you luck. Bring it to us first — it's usually faster through us than direct, and we already know the process.
The warranty and fault-reporting details are in the Refund Policy.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we've processed one, how quickly it shows up is down to your bank or card issuer — if it's been longer than they told you, check with them first, then come back to us and we'll provide whatever documentation helps.
Talk to us first
Most situations are easier to solve than a policy document makes them sound. If you're not sure whether something qualifies, ask — don't assume the answer is no.
Call (803) 500-5066, reach us through our contact page, or come see us at 297 Sharon Rd, Suite 108, York, SC 29745.
Must be 21 or older. Valid government-issued photo ID required. Our Refund Policy governs returns and refunds; this page is a guide to it. Nothing here affects any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
