- Final sale items or clearance merchandise.
- Perishable goods or consumables (e.g., e-liquids, hemp flower).
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Return Process

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including proof of purchase.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Provide photos of the damage or defect along with your order details, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain products cannot be returned or refunded for safety and hygiene reasons. These include:
- Opened consumables, such as e-liquids or edibles.
- Personal items, such as pipes or vaporizers, that have been used.
In-Store Returns
For customers near our local store in York, SC, returns can be processed in-store. Please bring the item, proof of purchase, and a valid government-issued ID for verification.
